Student Services
Al-Ibaanah Arabic Center offers the following services for prospective students to alleviate any stress or worry due to the language barrier when arriving for studies in Egypt. These services are not mandatory and are for the assistance of our students only.
Airport Services: CAR $35. US – MICRO BUS $60. US
Al-Ibaanah Airport Service is a package which consists of Airport Reception and Return. An Al-Ibaanah Representative will meet the student at the airport and transport the student to a Lodging Facility which the student has specified in his/her request. All requests for Airport service must be sent in writing with a full itinerary and contact information to al.ibaanah@gmail.com or info@ibaanah.com at least two weeks prior to arrival in order to schedule airport service. Al-Ibaanah must be notified of any changes in flight details or of any delays. The contact telephone numbers for flight delays or last minute changes in schedules are as follows:

The student must inform Al-Ibaanah of the departure date a week prior to his/her return. On the day of departure, an Al-Ibaanah representative will transport the student to the airport three hours prior to boarding.
The service charge above is a one time fee for single, family or group studying in our Institute.
Daily Transportation
Al-Ibaanah has commissioned an independent transportation service to provide daily transportation for interested students to and from major points of interest in At-Tajamaa Al-Khamis, Ar-Rehab, At-Tajamaa’ Al Awaal, Haya Al-Aashir, and Nasr City to Al-Ibaanah Arabic Center. Housing Services
Al-Ibaanah does not have housing connected to the Center’s facilities. We are currently in the re-organization phase of our Housing Services Department. However, during this temporary period we are currently outsourcing these services to trustworthy, independent real estate agents. Please contact the Administrative Offices of Al-Ibaanah to obtain a list of real estate agents and their phone numbers.
Al-Ibaanah Arabic Center does not have on site housing, but we want to assist our students in finding an apartment during their stay in Egypt. Living in Egypt has allowed us to work with many individuals and given us much experience in daily affairs, we can refer our students to those who know Cairo and are in the business of finding suitable housing.
We ask you simply to contact us one month in advance to inform us of your exact housing requirements and specifications.
The following schedules reflect approximate housing prices. These prices are not inclusive of first time expenses incurred in relocating, housing deposits, furniture purchases, etc. Prices are subject to change according to the international economy and currency exchange, tourist seasons, and price fluctuations between summer and winter. Please note these are estimate of prices and we are not responsible for changes in housing prices. We try to update the estimates regularly, but housing rental and purchase prices are constantly rising.

Housing rental contracts in Egypt are generally for duration minimum of six months to one year. Owners generally for one to two months deposit or sometimes even more, and if the tenant wishes to move before the end of his contract this one will not get back the deposit paid unless it is a great exception or particular arrangement with the owner.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you do not have housing arrangements or airport arrangements and are planning to use our airport pickup service, we suggest that you make reservations for on or two nights in a local hotel or temporary housing to give more time for you to visit and\or to adjust the steps concerning your future accommodations.
Important Reminder: The airport transportation service requires some conditions:
1. It is necessary to notify us at least two weeks in advance
2. The date and the hour of your arrival
3. Your flight number
4. The terminal (so clarified)
5. The name of it Airline
We ask to all our students not to go out of the airport without our knowledge, because you are under our responsibility. If you have any problems, you can call us directly from any airport phone.
Note: the Al Ibaanah institute takes no commission on the housing service everything is paid to the person looking for the accommodation housing.

Al Ibannah Center: Hours of operation are from Saturday thru Thursday from 7:30 am has 11:00 pm. The administrative offices are staffed in order to better serve our students needs. We do offer all services for both females and males during the Main Administration hours, and in addition we offer separate exclusive times for both female and male students.
Main Administration Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
